This is bizarre. Cannot log in from Prime Gaming to claim rewards either. Also, on my PCs it tells me that my ESO account does not exist. I have more than one paid in full subscription account & none of them seem to exist anymore.

Just when I thought it was safe to go back in the water....

Had the same issue. Tried again just now and I successfully logged in.
