Cannot Zoom in While Creating a Character....

The zoom button and the mouse wheel both do not work during character creation.

FYI... Makes it hard to make a face.

I'm encountering the same problem--and have tried using both the on-screen plus sign and my mouse.

Hi guys! This is a known issue that the team is working on fixing. In the meantime, a temporary workaround is to create a throw-away character, then create a second character where you should be able to zoom into the face.

Ok, so make a blah toon, then make a second one after loggin in with the blah toon?
