Account banned, but no exploit were used

So, i got my account banned, didn't get any reason, i do not cheat, i haven`t used any ToT exploits, don't even know what this exploit is, but assume the ban can be somehow be around the recent ToT commotion, how i can get assistance?

cant log in to appeal due to ban

So i dit left the ticket on besethda site, but didnt get any email so i can track my ticket number, how do i track it?
