Advice for Tanky PvP Magblade Build

Hello! I have been bored of the usual magblade build for PvP and how eerily similar many of them have been. As a result, I decided to attempt something a little different and while it's alright, I believe it could be better. So, I wanted to see other peoples' opinions and possible advice to help me out.

The Current Build:
Race: Argonian
Stats:
64 Points into Magicka
44k Magicka Front Bar; 41k Magicka Back Bar
32k HP
18k Stamina

Mundus: Mage Stone

Gear:
Gaze of Sithis, Heavy with Tri-Stat Glyph, Impen.
1 Piece Domihaus with Max Magic glyph, Well-Fitted.
4 Piece Shacklebreaker - Chest (Infused, Tri-Stat Glyph), Legs (Tri Stat; Impen), Gloves, Boots. 1 piece Light Shacklebreaker. (Small Pieces all Max Magicka and Impen.)
3 Piece Bright-Throat Boast Jewelry with 2 Magicka Recovery Glyph and 1 Spell Damage Glyph, all Arcane.
Blackrose Prison Destro Staff Back bar with Crown Store Poisons currently. Nirnhoned.
Bright-Throat Boast Fire Staff Front Bar with Spell Damage Glyph. Nirnhoned. (I also have a Sword and Shield of Bright Throat with Reinforced on the Shield and Nirnhoned as well. I've used both.)

Skills:
Back bar:
Pulsar, Structured Entropy, Lotus Fan, Mass Hysteria, Siphoning Strikes. Ult: Soul Tether.

Front bar: Swallow Soul, Refreshing Path, Mirage, Healthy Offering, Dark Shade. Ult: Incapacitating Strikes.

The goal of this build was to make a Brawler/Bruiser type Nightblade. It's seen some success but I can't help feel it could be made better with other sets. I have debated switching my Bright-Throat's Boast for something like the Fury Set or even Titanborn. Anyway, please let me know what you think and what I might be able to do to make it better! Thank you!

Swap chest for heavy Traineee and put on 3 pieces willpower or ancient grace
Swap the one piece domihaus for 1 piece magma incarnate (gives you the stam and magicka recovery from shacklbreaker)

And there you go! More max magicka without loosing the recovery

Ancient grace or willpower is up to preference
Personally I would probably swap sithis for Sea serpents Coil and go 40 points into magicka and 24 into health. You get a lot more dmge without sacrificing in the health department and because you're not running shields as a defensive option you're not really losing out defensively.

Not sure about pulsar tbf, there might be better options?

This is an immortal magblade build that still slaps (12k effective spell damage). It has cross heal hots and burst heals for allies as well. Vamp ult for a reset in the fight if you ever need it. Burst combo is swallow soul tick into flame clench into arrow proc.
