It seems the card game bugs out or if in a dungeon queue it does not port me in, if i am in the mail UI and accepting the dungeon/ToT, same for pressing ALT to exit group finder as the dungeon ready up (F) decline (X) pops up or ToT it will just give a deserter penalty, and if accepting while in mail UI have to log out for the defeat, I've not tried disabling all addons to see if addons cause it
