i am using my 5 minutes "deserter" penalty to compile this report.
i got this due to ToT bug, when the game display empty board instead of patrons selection screen.
game does not allow to use /bug, the ONLY option is "Concede"
waited for 5 minutes - nothing changed. had to cancel ESO client via task manager, but still got the penalty.
More details:
was playing unranked games for my daily cards quest.
incident has happened on the 4th games. i did nothing unusual.
Please, fix.
Also, please, add "ToT" to the bugs categories.

perfiction✭✭✭✭✭Silly question but do you guys use BugCatcher? If yes try turning it off. It may be an addon crashing your game UI/overlay so the patron selection screen doesn't pop up, using BugCatches 'silences' the error messagebox so you're not even aware that something crashed.0 -
Elrond87✭✭✭I now see what causes it, if they are checking mail rewards and the match accept pops up while in the mail it seems to do it all the time, also dont hit alt if in group finder to (exit) it also gives deserter penalty when the ready msg pops upPC|EU
