Rubedite tier achievement bugged

After reaching Rubedite tier in the ranked games, my bar was still stuck at Voidsteel 920/1000, and I didn't received the achievement, or the stones. Logging out and quitting the game, didn't fix it, and I even waited 30 minutes in case the bar progress had a visual bug that showed progress belatedly. I played another game, and re-reached Rubedite tier, and the achievement still didn't show. It took me literally 5 hours from Voisteel to Rubedite, and I'm not about to do this again since I find pvp card games extremely stressful, and I only wanted to do them in order to have the achievement and never have to deal with them again. The whole achivement took 3-5 hours per day for more than a week. Please, can support sort this out, it's so extremely disappointing after all that time, effort, and stress to have a bugged achievement. I'm so glad I took screenshots, here they are:

Sorry this happened, that’s pretty frustrating. Lots of us are trying to get our rubedite rank achievements quick while ToT is new. My achievement unlocked so it “should” be working.

Once you reach rubedite you can lose a match and it won’t drop your rank. I would recommend playing until you win another match. Preferably win one of your next two games. Maybe that’ll help?

No other ideas on what you could even do about this

Thank you for the suggestion, I had same idea and won another match (on a different character, just in case my character was bugged) and it still didn't grant it. And yeah, it's really frustrating given how at the last stretch between voidsteel and rubedite I kept losing/wining so there was no progress for a while, and it took hours to finally make it.

Update: I went to High Isle to play another game, which I won and the achievement finally registered. Overall I had to essentially re-reach rubedite tier three times before the achievement popped, which was extra uneeded stress, because pvp games make me anxious I don't know why it worked the final time, but as mentioned I did go to the High Isle zone to play, because I was playing in another zone earlier, so if anyone has the same issue, maybe you could try that as well.

I tried a bunch of things: logging out, waiting in case the achievement notification was delayed, swapping characters, and playing more matches. The thing that worked was traveling to High Isle, playing a match there and won, and the achievement finally popped. All in all, I think I had to win 3 more matches after reaching rubedite for the achievement to register. Take this with a pinch of salt though, because I won these three matches, so I'm not sure what would have happened if I lost and whether I'd lose progress on the bar. Better yet, use the /bug command in-game to report it, and also send a ticket to support, so they are aware, and hopefully can work out a fix.

Finally, ended up getting it after winning 2 or 3 extra matches. Whew, glad that's over!
