Augur of Dunlain Harry Dresden referance?

Just recently read the Dresden files series and then came back to ESO and had to level Psijic on a new alt and it occurred to how similar the Augur of Dunlain is in personality and appearance to the wizard Harry Dresden's skull, Bob. Bob is a spirit of intellect bound to a human skull. Both characters are super sassy and posses endless ammount of information
