A Chance for Peace Bug - Trying Again ZOS help

Ok, let's go.

I sent here a bug report regarding the final main quest's mission "A Chance for Peace". I said my character already finished the quest but the system did not recognize it. Consequently, I'm unable to get the "Diplomat Ansei Deck" fragment card, simply because the game menu doesn't show the mission as complete.

I sent a bug report here, AND a bug ticket more than a week ago. No solution, no response.

Considering this, I'm begging ZOS: please, PLEASE, fix this problem. I heard that some people had the same problem, but not all people.

Once more I ask, please, to give me a solution. Below I send the screenshots proving that I finished the main story line and the final quest, and still didn't receive the card fragment.

    In other words, they (the Dev Team) are already very aware of the issue....even if they don't reply.

    Typically , Developers/Coders don't have the time [snip] in responding to each & every single posted 'bug report' . ( How could they? They're too busy working & coding tbh. )

    So, even though you're probably not gonna like hearing this, the "solution" is to simply just be patient and wait until @ZOS_ prioritizes the bug to fix it AND then implements it within a future patch.

    You (and others) have already done your very helpful part in reporting the bug both here on forums AND in-game.

    I sent a TICKET and the REPLY from said ticket was to "POST A BUG REPORT" here. So, I'm doing again.

    So far, the ZoS answers didn't do anything to assure me about the problem. So, please, if you don't like this post simply ignore it. [snip]

    They don't owe you anything. Calm down and recognize the fact that you've already done what's necessary by reporting the bug (twice on forums, once in-game) .

    My first post above had a link to another thread to help show how much you're actually part of a COMMUNITY of players who already reported the same problem. This wasn't meant to upset you, but rather to illuminate & educate you on how Developers operate. Hopefully, you'll gain some perspective and be better suited for the next issue. Choice is yours.
