The Coven Condundrum Quest is broken

The Coven Conundrum with lyris in bugged. I got to the palace of kings and could not follow her in. Tried reloading ui, logging out, nothing change. As a customer it’s frustrating that testing is not done further to ensure playability when a new chapter is added. 7 years I’ve played and nothing has changed

There is an oddity with the door on the Palace that causes that. You actually can go in but you have to stand in the right position to get the correct prompt.
Try backing away from the door until you get no prompt, then move a small bit closer until the prompt appears. If you can find the right spot, it will work.0 -
