We need to come up with new plan for the leads on consoles

Stormhaven lead world boss and volcanic leads in high isle. Frame rate dropping down to one frame every five to eight seconds. I'm not on the newest Xbox but I am on an Xbox x but when you have over 100 people and I do mean over a hundred at certain times trying to get the same lead frame rate is impossible for such systems.

This is known issue but fox didn’t make it to update. Sad. Should have been in the update. Console will be just as frustrated and filled with hate as PC was 2 weeks ago.
Just be kind in chat. Murkmire already has ban-able statements in it. So much hate it’s toxic to play the game right now

Tbh. I had same issue on PC a couple of times. I did not even knew that once so many people will start placing AOEs, it will turn down stable 60 locked FPS into 4 FPS. It does not even happen in PvP. At 1st I thought that my GPU is dying lol.

At one point it even crashed my game with CTD error.

This is exactly why I don't rush on day 1: I don't need the stress and a game isn't my 2nd job.
I just let the dust settle down before trying to get some items/leads.

I’m on the Xbox Series S. Yes it is a little bit laggy like it always is in large groups of players, but I can definitely play and am having fun.

I went into Murkmire just to check it out. Saw minimum 10 people crouched around a couple safebox spawn points. I'll do ot later. Not worth the hassle.

The crab boss was crazy today on PS5 server they really need to get rid of the only 12 people get loot thing on him. Even if they made it a 100 percent drop rate we would have trolls sitting there using their oakensoul rings to top dps just to make it harder for others

Crab boss is ridiculous, I was able to get the murkmire lead super fast but the rest have been a nightmare. I did about 12 of those lava things and no lead.

I was able to get the Crab boss but the murkmire one is just ridiculous. Really feel they should have reacted faster to fix this. Been a problem on pc for 2 weeks

Welcome to the club. Same issues for us on PC 2 weeks ago.

You aren't kidding. Friend that wants this for accessibility wanted to try for it last night. Crab Beach was a nightmare. People spamming nonstop AoEs and ultis, combat pets, everything. Brought my PS5 down to a slideshow. On top of that, everyone was being so mean spirited.

Murkmire was no better. 4am EDT, at least about a dozen people squatting on top of every safebox. Some were spamming abilities because... reasons?

I convinced my friend to go on a quest for the druidic provisioning station instead. This farm is so toxic, so humiliating that we refuse to engage with it.

Would be nice to see the leads overhauled to be honest. I wouldn't say it's quality content having to farm some form of node for hours, competing with other players for the same node. I'm sure they can think of something better!

Thankfully I logged in as soon as the servers were up and got the safebox lead on my 2nd attempt. Longest one for me was the volcanic one. I must have done about 25-30 of them to get the lead.
