No High Isle CE Rewards?

I booted up the game post patch and don't seem to have any of the collectors edition rewards. Anyone else?

Im on ps5 eu and can screenshot that i purchased it on 6/4/22 from my purchase history. Like the others, no ce rewards.

Found a fix for me. Close app and restart the game. Everything popped up when i did.

Closing app/relogging did not work for me. ..Also off topic but don't want to start new thread cuz already here. High isle zone guide also says I already have all lorebooks?

@EaRz @seps42 Appreciate the info! Are you both able to clarify which version you pre-purchased? Was it the Upgrade or the Collection?

Ok, so closing application and restart give me:

1. 2 separate in game mails telling me my Summerset & Morrowwind collections are here (but with no attachments…pity, as I’d had them previously).

2. No new entries in ‘notifications’ of new additions to collections

3. One dark chivalry crown crate

4. When I check collections I find the emotes, mount, costume, style and pets…

Still missing:
3x high isle treasure maps
2 x double XP scrolls

I pre ordered ce upgrade. I got no launch day rewards. I'll try totally ps4 restart, see if that makes a difference

Thanks for this! Just to confirm, the Treasure Maps and XP scrolls would be in your inventory and not your Collections. Did you double check there as well?

I left high isle zone, logged out, closed app, shut ps4 down. Got everything coming back! Still have all lorebooks.

Yes, the mail eventually came through, but it took another close/reopen of EOS for it to occur.
Interestingly, it sat as if it was before the Summerset/Morrowwind mails, however I actually received them about 45 minutes earlier.
