Snow treaders ruin PVP balance/gameplay and should be disabled in groups

I'd prefer if snow treaders are disabled in PVP groups over any of the crosshealing nerfs in other various forum posts. ZOS simply needs to fix the ridiculous lag from crossheal and crossbuff calcs and the playstyle will vanish just like it did in few good days after server upgrade. 2 DD can already outdamage ball zerg HOTs in 1 GCD - it's not really a big deal.

Back to the topic of snow treaders, I don't understand how it is balanced to give passive snare immunity for free with the only tradeoff being designating 1-2 members as rapids spammers to offset the sprint penalty. Every single member should be casting their anti-snare skill every 4 seconds. It's absurd that ZOS recognizes the power of CC immunity enough to make it literally the most resource and rotation intensive buff in the game (4K mag every 4 seconds, or 4k stam break free for 6 seconds) or 10 seconds every 45 from immovable pots. To put it into perspective, you'd only need to cast the main HOTs (rapid regeneration and echoing vigor) once every 10 seconds each. That means maintaining godlike crossheals is 2 casts every 10 seconds, whereas immovability itself requires 2.5 casts and can't even be spammed for 100% uptime.

I wish they would just force everyone into the same flat stat cookie cutter temp gear when in PVP so we could stop wrecking every unique item and build diversity with nerfs just because some popular twitch streamer uses something in PVP and wins.

Personally, I think stuns and snares ruin pvp balance/gameplay. But that’s me.

Yeah look I don't mind if it still works in solo or PVE or whatever. The issues with the mythic only arises from organized groups using it in PVP.

If you nerf this item another one will be used in groups and will shine. It will be same as before.

Like what? Give me a viable group setup for snare immunity without snow treaders. Can't swift since DDs need harmony.
Wild hunt? Most ball zerg members are not fast enough on crown to pull it off. Raw speed without snare immunity is useless - they will still get dumpstered.

Ngl snow treaders doesn't even work most of the time in lag 🤷‍♂️
