High Isle Release for Xbox Help

What time Pacific coast time will I be able to start my download at ? Wanna get in as soon as possible this is the only thing that's made me excited for eso since summerset

For the past year or so most updates have been available to download within an hour or two of servers going down so maybe 8 or 9pm pacific. If not just keep checking you should have plenty of time to download it before servers are back up.

Edit: I can already do the download on series s.

Yup I just downloaded it now after coming home from work. I wasn't expecting the maintenance to start so soon, was hoping to snag the daily login tonight so I'd time the 100k reward perfect for tomorrow on launch day. Now I have to let it sit another day.

Where do you see the download available? I've restarted my Xbox twice now, and I still don't see anything available to download for ESO. I bought my CE High Isle upgrade in January of this year...

I actually had to go into my purchase history to find my preorder and clicked the direct link....nothing to download. Don't know how these other guys have their downloads already. Maybe it's different regionally? I'm in the midwest, Wisconsin specifically.

I'm in the far west oregon so idk when we will get it. I'll try before bed late tonight and again in the early morning

Try just launching the game, your Xbox will tell you it needs an update before starting. If not that way, then go into your My Games and Apps, then Updates and see if ESO is in the list of available updates.

Thanks, I tried all that before I went into my purchase history, and nothing. I bet I won't get the download available until maintenance is finished, that's how it usually goes for me.

On my PS4, I had to tell it to check for an update on the game before it would start downloading it. Can you do the same on Xboxs?

Yes. It says no update available. ESO was first in the list of recently updated games on my Xbox update page, so I wonder if it could have done it earlier? Probably not...but I guess I can hope.

On the series X you only have to download the new data for the update. The older consoles you pretty much have to download the entire game again, including a lot of data you already have. This is what I heard anyway.

Restart your xbox then go into my apps and games, scroll down to manage, scroll over to updates it should be there if not check que (right next to updates) it might have updated already

If you look at the banner at the top of the page says 5am eastern, just over 1hr from now.

I'm stupid help me, 5am eastern would be 2am in oregon right?? West coast time? So theoretically I can play the new chapter at 2am!?!?! The update just finished so I'm locked and loaded

Yes 2am Pacific time, if they are done when they expect to be.

Only problem is they aren't for "useful" items just cosmetics and tools from collections if what I've been reading from PC players about the new quickslots.

I definitely notice how many problems game console users have. It is not surprising that many people are switching to full-fledged pc
