Can we build a deck more than once?

I completed the Ansei deck yesterday, then today I found a fragment again. Do we build this deck more than once?

I think we can not because i still have the regular Indrik fragments in my Collections Menu and it does not let me make another one. Since deck fragments are also under Collections Menu i believe they are coded same way.

It actually shows the fragment I received as collected and that I need 4 more to build the deck again.

even if you collected all the fragments again, it wouldnt let you combine them

one of the fragments comes from one of the story quests, i do not know if you could get that a 2nd time running another character through the story anyway

I was surprised it gave me one anyway since I already have the deck.

i think i have 3 or 4 of the fragments collected again, i know one of the ones im missing is the one from the story quest, but as far as i know there is no point to collecting them a 2nd time

I wasn't looking to collect them. It just happened.

i havent been trying to collect them either, at least 3 of them come from basic activities such as WBs, delve bosses, and volcanic vents which usually happen while doing daily quests
