Non High Isle Equipment As Quest Rewards

I'm assuming this is a bug since nothing was present in the patch notes but I've had 2 quests now provide named items as a reward but from sets from non High Isle content. I've had items from ICP as well as the Rift be given as rewards. Assuming this should be High Isle item instead?
