Problem with Cyrodiil Elite Gear cp1684 but got level 1 gear??

Submitted a ticket to support #220614-004132
I spent 500k plus of AP in cyro at the elite vendor to buy Spell Strategist stuff, on a CP 1684 character. My spell strat gear is all level 1. How would this be possible?
Hoping someone from ZoS can look into this.
Not sure if it is related to all my damn addons somehow "resetting" themselves to default when I logged in today. Something's up with my account

Rogue_WolfESO✭✭✭✭I wanted to let anyone who was interested know that over the last few days I have been working with support to rectify this issue. Support has been amazing! All items are being sent to me via in game mail at the correct cp level for my character. I even ran a test buy to purchase another elite gear item to see if this issue persists, which it does, at least for me.
I would advise everyone to take caution buying gear in cyrodiil until the dev team can look at the gear vendor there.

This is a known bug (known to players, despite not having been acknowledged by ZOS to the best of my knowledge).
Your add-ons cannot affect the level of the drop. At worst they could have obscured the tooltip, but they cannot impact the actual items dropped.

Right, I didn't think they effected the drop per se, just thought maybe the sudden reset of all the addons and the strange behavior of the equipment vendor were part of a larger issue. I was worried somehow my game account was corrupted.
