Will loading the default gamepad control set overwrite current kb/mouse info?

So..I know there are 4 columns per control on pc. I have changed a bunch and added them to the 2nd and 3rd column, some of them controller options. Now that I have a controller I'd like to load the defaults for gamepad, but...will that overwrite any kb/mouse changes? Thank you.
