Anyone else having issues with Dark Stone Hollow WB? Trying to do the WB quest, been standing at the WB for over 15 minutes, they are not respawning.

Travel to another instance if the WB in High Isle does not spawn within 5 min.0

✭✭✭✭✭Yep, stood around for fifteen minutes, logged out and in, ended up in the same instance, threw up my hands and went off to do RL stuff.
