Bug Report : Cadwell's Astounding Portal , Visual FX missing

Hi,
it seems that after the last update on PC/EU Cadwell's Astounding Portal lost Visual FX.

Cadwell's Astounding Portal

Quality Legendary
Limit Type Special Furnishings
Bind Bind on Pickup
Behavior Interactable, Animated, Visual FX

Cadwell's Astounding Portal is still present in my home, it is visible normally, it can be interacted normally, but Cadwell's animation is not trigerred.
After cooldown expires it can be interacted again (normal behavior), but Cadwell will never appear.

I tried:
-Login/Logof
-Repair Client
-Play on different PC/ Installation
-Asked another player to verify the same bug


It seems to be server side, please fix

if we have @ZOS_Icy to move the topic to the appropriate category, can we ask someone from the team to let us know if this bug is being fixed and how quickly we can expect it to work or it is not know how long it will take to work and it would be better if we ask for refunds for not working item?

this is bugged for me too, has been not working for over a month. wtf zos we pay money for this stuff and cant even expect it to work now? this is beyond disappointing and makes me not want to buy stuff from the crown store since I clearly cant trust it to work, or for you to fix it when it breaks.

Same problem here. Playing on PC. The prompt to activate is visible (pressing E), but after pressing nothing happens, and Cadwell does not show up.

This is bugged me for me too (Xbox EU).
Have tried it in various houses (always making sure has a green outline when placed).
The furniture piece itself is visible and the interaction prompt appears as normal, but Cadwell never does (no sound effect either so not just a visual bug).
And as I'm Xbox, nothing to do with add-ons in my case.
I'm kinda peeved because I bought two extra ones of these last time they were up for sale, and now I can't use any of them. And I don't want a refund, I want them to work

Having the same issue, I also can't place furnishings in the Varlaisvea Ayleid Ruins house I bought without logging out and restarting the game. Just says there are too many even though it's nowhere near maxed our. Very frustrating to have over $100 I crowns invested in something unusable. No response for months on both from zos...

Bugged for me as well on PS5/NA. I legitimately don't understand how things like this get broken. What work was being done on this item?

It's already July 2022 and it still hasn't been fixed... happened to check it now in my primary residence. It's interactable, but Cadwell does NOT show up. No animation plays.

My goodness, how long does it take them to fix this... it's a paid item, it's not like it's free. Do we need to file a consumer complaint?

The animation of Cadwell does not play even after interacting. The item is correctly placed in the player's home (flat surface, green outline), and even after interacting (on PC after pressing E), no animation of Cadwell appears. The item used to work properly when I purchased it many months ago, but now it doesn't. Others that have purchased this item are experiencing the same problem. It's been busted for months now and still no fix is being released.

I'm on xbox and the portal is still broken. It gives me the option to interact but no cadwell, is this going to be fixed with the next patch hopefully?

Just adding my voice, XB NA, and Cadwell has been missing for some time. Hope he's okay.

This was an expensive crown store item and it doesn't work. Not a good look.

Does anyone know if the 'Cadwell playing keep--up with a cabbage/melon/thing' is supposed to come with sound? If no sound intended on that particular amimation, then this is now workking as intended for me, so thanks for fixing Zos
