How About an Auto Refuse Guild Invites option?

We can choose to auto refuse Tribute invites now.
We can choose to auto refuse dueling invites for a long time.
How about an auto refuse guild invites option? One guild in particular does this constantly. Can't do crafting writs without getting one. They must have a guild requirement that you have to invite so many players.
Is it a big deal? Nope. There are lots of current issues that are bigger.
But it would be nice to just have the option to auto refuse in notifications where the others are.

Yes! It is really annoying, and I have reported them for spamming. Unfortunately, I’m pretty sure the report was ignored. I asked the person who did it to stop, and she pretty much just said no, I might get another invite in the future as they don’t keep track and that’s that. Deal with it. So annoying.

Fortunately I haven't been bothered with guild invites, but the option to auto-decline them is one of the first things I look for when installing a new MMO and I'm disappointed that ESO doesn't have it. Guilds spamming is one of the key reasons I also have Zone Chat disabled.

In 5 years of playing, this has happened to me only once, but the opportunity to reject invitations will not be superfluous. We also need to add automatic approval of applications to the guild. Many guilds have no requirements for players, but they have to wait for the application to be approved. This will reduce the burden on people

Just join the guild and make yourself a horrible presence, they will blacklist you in no time

If you're full, invites can't be sent. Similarly if you leave old pending invites those also count to your limit.

Only time I had that happen is some pain is the butt, turned up in the Alik'r desert, inviting everyone who typed in chat to join one of the dolmen groups, causing them to mistake the guild invite for a group invite, people were leaving as fast as they were joining that guild.

Most of the time its usually just the paragraphs of text in zone chat, that the whole gold links to guild finder were suppose to do away with. Rarely had anyone spamming invite directly to join their guilds the vast majority ask or wait for you to make contact first.

@kringled_1 is correct, you can't have more then 5 guild or guild invites at the same time. So if for example, you have 1 guild and 4 pending guild invites, no one can send you another guild invite.

If the guild finder was an actual advertisement tool, it would of stopped the guild spam.

The issue is, and I can tell you this from experience recruiting for my guild, the guild finder *if you're lucky* is like 5% of your total applications.

5-10 per week, on a good week.

So it still forces guilds to go out recruiting.

Onto the OP's topic, no self respecting guild leader/officer runs around to strangers spamming invites and then tells them "no" when they're asked to stop.

It's not top priority as said, but a guild auto decline would stifle that stuff real quick.

I have characters that have classes.

I'm not sure what their names are.
