Give Nightblades Minor Prophecy and Sorcerers Minor Savagery

With all the hybridization efforts I think ZOS missed a spot on the Nightblade Assassination skill tree.

Currently the Hemorrhage passive only gives Minor Savagery but I think it should also give Minor Prophecy as well. If you look at every other passive on the skill tree they all buff both stam and magicka-based sources of damage (Master Assassin, and Pressure Points)

Additionally, ZOS should give the Sorcerer passive Exploitation Minor Savagery as well.

I know the old argument is that it helps the respective classes (Nightblade and Sorcerers) bring something unique to the table when grouped, but I think ultimately these decisions were made pre-hybridization and it would be better for the game overall since now both classes will be valuable for stam-heavy or magicka-heavy DPS groups.

i completely agree, and i think the argument of "each class should provide a unique buff to the party" is a good mentality but the minor crit buffs are not the way to go about it.

i can't speak as much for nightblades, but i think sorc's biggest weakness as far as team synergy goes is its lack of...well...synergies. if zos wanted sorc to bring more unique benefits to groups, they should implement some more synergies into its kit.
    skingrad when zoscharacters:
    • EP - M - Strikes-with-Arcane - Argonian Stamina Sorc - lvl 50 - The Flawless Conqueror/Spirit Slayer
    • EP - F - Melina Elinia - Dunmer Magicka Dragonknight - lvl 50
    • EP - F - Sinnia Lavellan - Altmer Warden Healer - lvl 50
    • EP - M - Follows-the-Arcane - Argonian Healer Sorcerer- lvl 50
    • EP - F - Ashes-of-Arcane - Argonian Magicka Necromancer - lvl 50
    • EP - M - Bolgrog the Sinh - Orc Stamina Dragonknight - lvl 50
    • EP - F - Moonlight Maiden - Altmer Magicka Templar - lvl 50
    • EP - F - Maxine Cauline - Breton Magicka Nightblade - lvl 50
    • EP - M - Garrus Loridius - Imperial Stamina Templar - lvl 50
    • EP - F - Jennifer Loridius - Imperial Necromancer tank - lvl 50

Well the near 0 synergy problem is also a NB issue, because compared to sorc the difference is that only one skill with a synergy is ever used and its a DD ult

Because who will ever use consumming darkness with how underwhelming and over priced that ult is?

Sorc storm atro ult should give everybody in group Major Berserk, not just one person. Give it some cooldown rules similar to Necro and flesh atro Major Vulnerability. I bet groups would want a few Sorcs if that ult gave the buff to entire group. I think giving powerful group-wide buffs to class ultimates would be a good way to encourage class diversity in dungeons and trials.

I would agree when it comes to the passive ability. There doesn't seem to be much point considering the hybridization. However, I'm fine with each class having it's unique minor buff. They don't make as much of an impact unless you're talking about group play and it gives a reason to at least consider taking along a class that may be underperforming in the meta.
