Tales of travel progress bug

I played and won in Shadowfen yesterday the achievement counted it as a game in Eastmarch, then today 22 hours later I completed a match in Stonefalls and it didn't count at all?
these were just regular npc matches am I missing something?

yup，I see same bug，only and count any as eastmarch

Besides Eastmarch, only the first tournament quest (from hitting rank 3) locations counted (so far).

So, this achievement is a little misleading. It only counts for games during the questline. Don't want to say much else to not give away spoilers
