Constantly booted from server

By way of background, I recently returned after being gone for over a year. Before that, I played since beta. I don't remember being constantly booted from the server previously, but since returning I get booted frequently. Tonight, I had just finished doing alchemy when I was booted. Now, I can't get back on. I just keep getting a booted from server message. It's kind of tedious to have to wait 20 minutes after getting booted when I get booted every 15 minutes.

One response to a similar post said it was because you thought I was a bot?!? Just want to say, I have done nothing whatsoever to make the game think I'm a bot.

This is a new computer with a clean install since I played last year, so there's nothing holding over from before to mess me up. Please fix!
