About the normal difficulty. How 'normal' is it?

Yes, the overland is easy and ZOS don't want to change it. Those who would like to do quests and get a good fight at the same time, are basically redirected to that pinned thread where they're supposed to just drop their thoughts into the void.
I'm one of those people. And I really love doing quests. But since I also need to feel some pressure and to be engaged instead of just killing world-threatening enemies with 1 shot, I had to start to play the game like this: no armor, no combat related CP, preferably no food and potions, and no companions. More or less I get some engagement, and I even die and fail sometimes, and even end up using some food and/or companion to deal with world bosses and such (while still wearing nothing but the black panties though).

But recently I went a bit further, and I tried to do some dungeons. Here is the result:

I mean, yeah, this is the 'normal' difficulty designed 'for everyone'. But this is also a 4-players-group dungeon, right?

sure for a player like yourself that is at least decently skilled at the game knows what they're doing normal content/overland content is incredibly easy, but the reality is these sides of the games are essentially intended to have zero barrier for entry.

a lot players are really, really bad at this game, and either are unable or unwilling to get better, and i think that's okay. those players should still have content in the game they can engage in.
