Duplicate Ember's while doing her quest line.

I am not sure if this was posted before, I did not see any discussions indicating the issue. While doing Ember's initial quest line, Ember duplicates. I did not unlock her as a companion, as shown in the photo, I have Bastion out as my companion and Ember is still following me, after she indicated she would be running off to do something else. I don't think this was intended, so I am reporting this as a bug.
