Stalled waiting Paldeen

Yesterday I was running Na Totambu dungeon in Alik'r, (NA Mac) but could not complete the quest of Paldeen. This NPC blocked himself before giving me the indications for the 3 eyes. Another player present had the same issue. The other quest of the dungeon went on uneventfully.
