New problems since high isles

Multiple new problems appearing since the update to high isles:
1) game freezes the entire mac, occurs on the daily bases since the upgrade. no log and cannot get more details whats happening as when the mac freeze have to power cycle to restart. (2016 intel macbook, using for play the game since years, before this in the whole last year got less freezing then in now in the last week)
2) very long login time, takes about 3-4 minutes until the character selection screen finally comes up. from the interface log it looks like renderer problem:
3) frequent loading screen in the middle of the battle in cyrodiil, looking at he log it seems there is problem loading dynamics objects and textures (which is apparent on the screen as well, many other character visible as a black shape for a while, then the loading screen kicks off)
