Tales of Tribute Reward Bug

I played my first match against another player tonight as a daily challenge and at the end, after I won, the screen displayed a message stating what my rewards were: 150 rank points, Prophet's Inferno Staff, Prophet's Greatsword and a bag icon that said 4 additional items. I don't know about the rank points (but my rank bar does show 150 points even, just don't know if I got any rank points for all the matches against npcs or not) but the other items listed were not granted me in my inventory nor were they in the reward box, so I'm not sure where they went. I had no 'this is a new item' indicator afterwards (I also looked for perhaps a container box but couldn't find one.) So I'm thinking this is a bug that I wasn't granted those rewards or that the message was a bug. Either way, I just wanted to share it, in case it was helpful.

I'm not sure what they are either. I get the satchel via mail but not the other items listed

Happened to me too on Day One, wrote a post and filed a Bug Report - ty for the link. Good to know its a known error and it won't be honoured, right?
