Anyone Else Notice Damage Done To Enemy Health bar Color, In 3rd Person Changed With High Isle

Just notice this today, after finally getting on to High isle. That the missing health portion when you hit an enemy, that shows how much damage you did to the healthbar has a different greenish/orange hue to it. Is there a setting that was added with High isle ? I don't like new one and want to go back

There's orange on the left and right side of the health bar when an enemy loses health. Maybe it signifies something about damage type, maybe it's just there to highlight the rate of health loss. Can't tell.

It looks more orange than green to me. The old version had a similar effect where part of the health bar would go a lighter red sometimes, I think showing how much health they're going to lose from current attacks, so it seems like they changed the colour to make that a bit more visible.

It looks greenish during gameplay, but when you freeze frame and get a good look, it's orange. It's so weird.

It wasn't completely uniform before. Instead of peachy orange/green it was a very pale pink.

I just came to the forum to see if this bug was already reported.

Anyone found already a way to fix it? It's too intrusive, too bright. If there's no fix to this bug we'll end up forced to disable the hp bars.

What about mods? Is there any mod that let us change the hp bars to the previous colors?

The damn brightness and contrast on the hp bars is really excessive. I'm really not enjoying to play with it.

Is it possible to completely disable it forever on npcs and keep on other players?

It's a normal game change. The orange part is the damage you actual did to the remaining health, but you can turn it off if needed, so I did.

Then it's all red again.

Where do you change it to fix the hp bars to look like it was before? I've been checking all settings but I couldn't figure it out.

ESC -> Settings -> Names -> Health Bars -> Damage Tracking -> TURN OFF

Rofl this might backfire as it may show that you may be the one who is color blind. The OP is right it has a greenish hue to the missing health after hit. Which I like. It's not the actual health color that is greenish.

I seriously never, ever ever see a greenish hue.

Just a yellowish orangey color when it shows the depleted health. Oh well.

I sampled the color from the middle of the bar in the opening post. That is not green by any objective metrics. The questionable thing here might be display settings and monitor's color balance used by various players. ENB/reshade can completely skew the colors as well.

We are looking at monitors or TV screens (in the context of this thread). Look up screen color correction on google. You'd be amazed just how many tools and software are out there to adjust colors on screens. That's why Photography professionals always only use calibrated screens on their editing machines.
Otherwise customers will complain the preview and the actual printed thing are not the same in colors.
