If the WB boss does not spawn in 5 minutes then relog. You will return to an instance with an active boss. All I can offer until they fix the multiple bugs with the world bosses in high Isle. Also to alleviate the quest inventory bug, have only one person in group retrieve the required items. This insures you get quest credit for all the items that enter your quest inventory. You can also just disband before grabbing the items. The no credit for killing the boss can sometimes be corrected by leaving the area using a wayshrine and returning to the boss spawn location. Doing so often gives you credit (not 100%). I have found accepting shares in the city so the color comment objective fails ( or you can go do it) takes care of the not getting credit problem. If you can not loot boss then relog.0
