We will see soon enough, curious if it doesnt change much for you also, it didnt feel like a 18 gig download to mme though, but then high speed internet stuff can make 18 gigs seem light0 -

Probably many files are just edited versions of already existing files from older versions of game. If they change only one small record in 2gb file you must download whole thing.I am still downloading says like 18 gbs to download more so I was curious.

✭✭✭My download appears to be most of the game's size, it's downloading at roughly 20-25MB/s right now, you lot probably get better, but in Australia, internet infrastructure is pretty ordinary.
OK, I spoke too soon: now it's exceeding 200MB/s.
... and all done in about 10 minutes.

The Natch Potes say the download is 4.64 GB which is what you get first. Then the launcher updates the entire game files with what is needed which is why it takes a while to update.2 -

Yeah and my Steam installation says that the folder containing all the game content is 110 GB. Steam adds a lot of stuff to the game I will never use and I rarely play from my Steam Account as it uses 32 bit executables. Instead I place a shortcut to the 64 bit executables on my desktop. Game runs much better on a 64 bit OS.0

Steam uses 32 bit executables, but it can still run 64 bit games.
