I have [1Tough tank] [1StamSorc-DD] [1Necro-DD] [1Real Healer]
with [1Stam Blade].
But, I'm Tank main player. Recently I'm doing Healer.

it is definitely the guard skill from alliance war support tree
it works as a tether, if you are the caster then you absorb 30% of the incoming dmg that the tethered ally takes (so as long as you can mitigate that, it effectively works as additional dmg reduction on the ally target)
for pve the most common use is to help support the tank, and usually the caster is a healer, in pvp it is usually just used by 2 tanks to make themselves tankierplays PC/NA
