Can't figure out how to get to the public dungeon called Obsidian Scar. Seems to be nothing but mountains all around the south. How do you get there?

    ride north from hoarfrost downs wayshrine towards the map icon, just outside the entrance is a bitterhand bandit camp; at the end of the camp is a worked stone wall with an arch, go through that to reach the public dungeon entrance

    Look for a bridge. You have to move through a bandit camp to get there
