Can we get an estimate on when it is going to get fixed? The issue has been known and ACKNOWLEDGED for over a year and a half already, with all responses being essentially, "yes, we know, please check the following URL"

Or, if you can't fix it, I dunno, make your support give the lead item on request or something.

Nope, at least other mystics can be obtained more than 3 times. But it is an acknowledged bug affecting some accounts so you obtaining it means nothing at all...0 -

It means it’s a lot more complex and time consuming to troubleshoot. Fully broken is easier to root cause than “almost always broken for a small number of people”. That also tends to get deprioritized, since only skilled troubleshooters will be tasked with getting to the bottom of this, and those team members are usually overloaded with far more impactful work.
