Valkyn Skoria Bug

I am currently playing on a stam sorc. I have hurricane, elemental blockade, overwhelming surge, and cleave from the 2H tree. Skoria will proc maybe one time then bug out. It will constantly fire like it should. It will display the ring around the target then disappears. No meteor drop and no damage. It will not work again until I equip and unequip the set. Then it will proc once or twice again and repeat the same scenario I mentioned above. I tried to experiment a bit with it. The less I have going at once I found Skoria will proc and damage normally for a little bit longer but ultimately will go back to the same animation with no damage.

I play a mag DK and notice the same thing. Circle, no other effect or damage. It is on my PvP only character so it is in Cryodiil where it happens.

Yeah I've seen this a lot in PvP (battlegrounds). I see the circle on me, I think it's meteor and block. But nothing really happens.

I play both pvp and PVE. I just tried it again. It worked once normally then after stopped working again.

Yep, often just the ring and no meteor.

actually this bug has been in the game since beta and has never been fixed. I know this because I played ESO all the way back in 2015 and I perfectly remember this having issues way back then.

It was acknowledged as a desync bug in patch notes in the PTS:

ZOS says only that it “seems” it is not functioning.
