A plot of land in Blackreach...
Blackreach is an underexploited gem. The mushroom garden behind Bastion Sanguinaris is splendid, but it seems silly to buy an expensive castle only for it to be an obstacle.
Would love to see a buildable plot of land (Surreal Estate- style, or even an Earthtear-style Dwarven ruin) near Dusktown. Perhaps a trading hub could even develop there
