Forgotten Grave Goods delve daily doesn't trigger for group members

What the subject says. Unlike most if not all other delve dailies, tagging the objectives doesn't "share" within the group even if other members are standing RIGHT THERE, so it's not the range issue.

Wife and I confirm. It's bugged.
Whoever digs it up get it marked on the quest. But both people get the item. We alternated and at the end we had 4 items each, but only 2/4.0
