Need Help with Local custom Title

Needing help editing the customtitles.lua to show a custom title just for me. Wanting to edit the "Emissary" title to something else character specific (not account-wide). Can anyone point me in the right direction? I have edited the .LUA file but it doesn't seem to be working.
