Guild with group events during ESO prime playing time for east Aus

As I play ESO from Melbourne, Australia (GMT+10 / AEST, or GMT+11 / AEDT during Apr-Oct), I'm trying to find a guild which satisfies the following:
- holds group events around 7pm to 9pm Mon-Thu, 7pm to 11pm Fri, 12pm to 11pm Sat, and 12pm to 9pm Sun, i.e. a more prime playing time for those of us "down under"
- has a guild trader (not essential, though, just nice to have)
- caters to casual and quest players
Too many guilds hold their group events when I have to be in bed to start work the next day, hence the above preferred time slots. Obviously, no guild is going to match these time slots exactly, they're just the times when I'm most able to participate in group events (rather than being asleep in bed when they occur).
