This issue was reported months ago yet still persists, it's a critical mechanic, so much so that it's even stressed in the tutorial area (the only place this issue doesn't seem to happen). We cannot heavy attack after blocking or bashing making it problematic to regain resources. This also affects the off balance attacks, they've regained balance before we can heavy attack.

✭And vice versa, sometimes block won't fire after a full heavy attack. This entire glitch is getting so tiresome w/r/t tanking. Can you please update us on this @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_Bill1 -
