Yeah it starts in June, here's the overview of it from the PTS help menu right now:

Zeal of Zenithar is a festival honoring the Tamrielic god of commerce, labor, and cooperation. During this time, the cost of navigating Tamriel by Wayshrine is reduced by 75%, repair costs for equipment are reduced by 50%, and global vendor prices for AP, Tel Var, and gold dealing merchants are reduced by 10%. This includes all such vendors, including the Golden Vendor, Achievement Furnishing, and Luxury Furnishing merchants. Furthermore, crafting Inspiration gained during Zeal of Zenithar is increased by 100%.

To participate in this event, you may acquire the introductory quest by visiting the Events/Quest Starters section of the Crown Store or by traveling to the festival grounds outside of Belkarth in Craglorn. Either location will give you the opportunity to take the quest, called "An Offering He Can't Refuse". Once you complete this quest, you can acquire the follow-up daily quest "Honest Toil". Complete any one of the goals for this daily quest to acquire Event Tickets and a gold-quality reward coffer, Zenithar's Sublime Parcel.

Throughout the event you have a chance to receive purple-quality reward coffers, Zenithar's Delightful Parcel, through the following activities:

• Completing a daily crafting writ (limited to one per account per day)
• Completing a Master Writ (no daily limit)
• Completing rounds of group arenas such as Dragonstar Arena or Blackrose Prison while grouped with someone who is a member of at least one of your player guilds
• Defeating a group boss or world event in the overworld while grouped with someone who is a member of at least one of your player guilds
• Participating in legerdemain activities such as pickpocketing, opening safeboxes, or opening thives' troves (Profiting off the hard work of others? Zenithar wouldn't approve!)

Reward boxes of any quality have a chance to drop the following rewards:

• Outfit style pages for the High Rock Spellsword style (only from the gold-quality coffer)
• Durable crafting materials, provisioning ingredients, alchemy reagents, or enchanting runestones.
• Motif style items
• Crafting quality improvement items (tannins, etc.) or research boosters
• Equipment repair kits, AvA repair kits, or group repair kits
• Furnishing and provisioning recipes
• Imperial City vault keys, treasure maps, survey reports, or a currency pouch (the latter of which has a very small chance to be a jackpot amount!)
• Companion gear

Event Tickets

During Zeal of Zenithar, you can earn three Event Tickets once a day per account for completing the daily quest, "Honest Toil". These can be traded for special items at the Event Merchant, The Impresario.

A guildee said another Mayhem was coming but havent seen that anywhere

Zenithar will be at the end of next month, they don't really do events during chapter launches and we have that in a little over a week. Mayhem will probably be end of July.

Mid year last year was end of June, so I imagine that they will slip the Zenithar event into that slot, and have Midyear this year in mid to late July.

They could also do something similar to the Champions Reforged event and launch Zenithar alongside the new chapter release. Doubtful though.

Ever since they announced this event I’ve been holding master writs. I have more than I’ll ever do but will be needing to attune the new sets so was hoping the event would be before console chapter release. Would suck doing writs for 3k vouchers to get my tables for guild hall before that event.
Never understood why they can’t announce a start date more than a week before an event.

It's likely because the backlash they get when they have to move something unexpectedly isn't worth announcing a date early.

Plus, the event was literally just being tested in PTS. Imagine if they announced a date, but something catastrophic happened in PTS with the event and they had to cancel it. Far more people upset than put out by limited notice.
