Player guild academies

Idea is, if guild could create an academy (or several) that other players can join and complete to earn unique titles, gold and experience. For example "Shieldbearer of [guild name]" (tank) or "[guild name]' Saint" (healer), or "Scourge of ..." and so on. Academy would contain training examples and a test in the end. Purpose would be to allow players to teach other players.
Think of an obstacle course, designed for specific player role.

I am not sure whether if the custom made obstacle would always work as intended in terms of granting people with titles in regards to a specific role.

If this "academy" system is to be implemented, then it needs to be fool proof.

Does the guild design the training course/academy/whatever, or is this like the guild store where it's something ZOS builds and guilds just activate?

If it's the first one then my concern is that guilds will make the shortest, simplest 'test' they can to allow their members to unlock all the titles quickly and then it's meaningless. But if it's the second one then why tie it into guilds? Why not have an area everyone can access with a more detailed tutorial on how to play different classes and roles?

I think more like modules - healing module (variants), tanking module (variants), DD module (variants). Probably rare furniture, that has tiers, between beginner to veteran trial, in single player mode.
Lets say someone is a very good DD with title "Destroyer of XX guild", then some players will be interested in completing obstacle course of that guild.
Then there will be another player with title "Conqueror of Dev team DPS tutorial", bow (1 bar) and 5k DPS...

I think it's a cool Idea, but Chose another card game anyways.

What do you think about making a guild that has a Course you made yourself, and only the players that completes the course in a limited time can wear your Guild Tabard.

It could become the ultimate flex when seeing a player with your guild tabard name as now the GoldSlayer mount is or the newer dungeons.

Ofc it would be better if ZOS would do it, in the mean time if you are really passionate it could be a niche thing that some would like for sure.

Limited time guild title is probably what i meant, excellent idea.
We will probably get another card game though.
