Far-fetched "hybrid weapons" idea

I think it's always fun to discuss new elements that could be added to ESO. Even if there's no likelihood they'd be added or are just horrible ideas, that's the whole point of it being a discussion.
That said, how do you feel about the idea of weapons that serve both stamina and magicka on a single bar? The simplest thing I could think of was a sword-staff. A one handed weapon that you can only equip one of. Light attacks are melee swings, heavy attack is a magic projectile. Just gotta figure out how resources get returned...
Would it be fun, pointless, or overpowered somehow if it could cast modified skills of destro staves and, depending if you're dual wielding or sword and boarding, doing sword skills too? Main reason I'm even thinking about this is for the okensoul one bar builds tbh. Have something that supports hybrids and hybrid sustain.
For two bar builds, I assume most people would then switch to a two handed or resto staff, not sure what that would entail. Obviously not too much thought was put into this but that's because I don't think it needs to be. Just a fun topic. What are your ideas?
