FEATURE SUGGESTION for Guild Functionality

I have had an idea in my head for a while about how to make guild houses better accessible for its members.
My suggestion is in the guild listing for standard members, there be a specific option that says "Visit Guild House" in the same section that shows roster and ranks. If someone clicks on this, they will be taken directly to whatever primary residence has been specified (details next)
For whomever has permissions, another option in the guild menu would be something such as "Set Guild House" in this would enable the game to specify a player whose primary residence ties back to the first options menu selection.
As an extra item to a similar wish list, I also think it would be good to have an option for "Other Residence" with the exact same behavior as above, but the game would allow you to customize the name such as "Backup Guild House", "Parse House", "Dueling Arena", "Game Hall", etc.
I think this system would allow more guild member interaction as well as helping new players find the main hub of their guild easier. Also it would be much easier to modify this menu selection as opposed to changing the message of the day or about us to reflect changes because I know a lot of guilds will hold auctions or game nights or dueling events and it seems easier to have a menu for these.
I hope these suggestions help it's something like this would be implemented, it would be great functionality in my opinion
