But it has been a major improvement, has it not?

Hey when do you guys expect the eu servers to get updated. I ask this because im willing to make a NA account to play in cyro if its gonna take a long time before the eu server gets updated

If you can get past the queues that is. Population cap is still incredibly small. Probably no wonder it is performing better.

"We will be performing the PC EU and console datacenter hardware refresh as soon as we can, but as timelines for ordering/sourcing server hardware is still incredibly long, we don’t have a firm date for those yet."

Except they are going for milan-x (please no... Lol)... ask bargain hardware in uk. 2-3 days... No excuses... They never failed me a single time in years. There are modern servers, cheap 670p and cheap ddr4r on stock to build a google datacenter from scratch, so please, no excuses.
Personally I think they have replaced things in NA datacenter just to start working on their new AAA. I doubt they change anything in EU, and even with that, they have a routing problem with deutsche telecom since years and years (+40ms)
3. Despite being the largest economy in Europe for some reason German infrastructure is not in the best shape and this is noticeable.

It all adds up to.
1. There is no ETA because there was never a plan to do it. Unfortunately for ZOS, despite their claims, performance has improved and now everyone would like an upgrade but it was supposed to end with NA.
2. I suspect the performance upgrade is temporary until the new resources are deployed in other ways.
