New Character for High Isle

I have a slot available for a new character (#14). Would there be any benefit in waiting until I get High Isle to create the character? In other words, is there any feature that will be introduced in High Isle that might change the characteristics I would want to use for the character?

✭✭✭✭✭there are no new classes or skill lines planned for high isle, just balance changes to existing stuff
i think they also stopped making new tutorials with the expansions so there would also be no new tutorial to experience
if your planning a new character, you could read up in the PTS forum patch notes to preview upcoming balance changes to help make a class decisionplays PC/NA

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them
