SKILL LINES for all passive and skill trees,

i think this would be amazing to allow dark magic and one the other tree skills that are like second skills for some magic people to be alowed to be used by neromancer and other magic builds.. in the game dark magic one them .. i think should be in the game and be in game learned skill tree some the others too that not apart really at the end the day of the class-- other classes should be able to learn dark magic,, just like vampire werewolves skill trees and thieves guild also brotherhood.

Interesting Idea..... You move Dark Magic to a World Skill Line, but what does Sorcerer get in return? They essentially lose a large chunk of identity if all the sudden everyone can use Dark Magic.

I've always wondered how "unhomed class" abilities would work. I get that separation is the whole reason for classes... But it would definitely open up all sorts of windows to character build if classes were allowed a single skill and passive from a particular handful of another class'.

Skills that make a class truly unique would have to be locked down. Shadow cloak, daedric pets, etc. There'd also have to be caution on which ones could benefit a transfer too well compared to its home class... At least I'm assuming so. If it were up to me, an elder scrolls game wouldn't even have magic and stuff locked behind classes in the first place. (If only there was an in-game lore-friendly school that taught magic to anyone 🥺)

I mean there are a ton of skills in some classes that don't need to be there as part of the class identity. For example, Warden's entire Frost skill line goes against the ideology of the class, could have been different, and the frost skills could have been used in a new class that was more based on frost, like how Dragon Knight is highly based on fire.
But I don't think removing the current identity of certain classes is necessarily a good idea without a complete restructuring of how the game works and functions. Not worth it imo. Some classes could use reworks, many skills could use reworks, and they could spend their time making a third morph option for every skill which could breathe some new life into old or unused class skills as well as guild/world skills.

Anyway TLDR: they could do something else that's more impactful on the game in the way you want, without completely restructuring the game.
