Little RUNT bug

The mini quest (not quest) in Howling Sepulcher, with the tiny little wolf pup RUNT, where you save them from a HARPY and then they run down the river path and you save them from more harpies along the way. You bring him to his Mother SHALYA and she is suppose to point out a chest....The chest either doesn't appear OR you try and open chest and it automatically closes on you, try again and it automatically closes on you, etc.... with no loot to show let alone grab....so disappointed. Never knew about this for longest time and its bugged. Sometimes even when you save RUNT he doesn't run up the river path towards Momma. Super bug. Also Runt should be achievable pet. DO IT ZOS. I already crashed 46 times this month in Cyrodiil, not even mentioning the times in (Gray Host Campaign) that I lagged so bad that Light Attacks were hard to accomplish. Players deserve way more for the years of bugs and overwhelming lag in PVP pls. Not saying Pvpers want Little Runt as a pet, but damn give something. ( mostly pvpers want a stable server with next to no lag and crashes, mostly) I don't really represent Pvpers lol. I just want Runt as an achievable PET

ZOS I can say with certainty that whether you FORCE lock the chest or open it regular means of lock picking it doesn't make a difference. Have had Mother Shayla wolf uncover the chest reward for me 8x and still I can't get various characters to collect reward. Chest keeps open to straight closing immediately. Can't even get a glimpse of what is inside. Too fast the open-to-immediate-deny-close scenario.

awwww.....I am sad, and it may never get fixed cuz craglorn isn't popular and its not a game breaking issue
