Negate uncounterable

In its current state the sorc ultimate Negate still cannot be countered by other negates.
This bug appeared when they moved debuffs like "Silenced" to the character sheet. The way the ability works now is not as it is intended. You cannot negate other negates, as if you are both using the healing negate they just sit on top of each other creating a space where neither faction can place aoes.
It would be nice to see whatever change they made reverted, to add a little bit of skillful counterplay back to the Negate ultimate.
